PURPOSE: A striker installation structure of a vehicle is provided to finely control the position of a striker in all directions, and couple a retainer with a reinforcement without any additional bracket, thereby reducing parts and improving the working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a striker installation structure of a vehicle including a striker(10), an outer pillar panel(11), and a reinforcement(12) communicatively fixed by a fixing member, the striker installation structure includes a retainer(100) forming one side surface(101) fixed by the fixing member and the other side surface(102) attached to the reinforcement, having a perforated part(103) formed between one side surface and the other side surface, and at least one more bent parts(110) at the edges(104,105) of the perforated part with a stepped cone to be easily bent.
