PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting/receiving a radio signal in a time division duplexing method is provided so that an oscillation frequency can be minimized by reducing a number of frequency oscillators. CONSTITUTION: In the radio signal reception, a baseband signal processor(131) outputs a control signal according to a reception operation of the radio signal, a dual frequency divider frequency-divides a radio frequency oscillation signal according to the control signal, and a down converter(113) converts the first intermediate frequency signal into the second intermediate frequency signal according to the frequency oscillation signal from the double frequency divider. In the radio signal transmission, the baseband signal processor(131) outputs a control signal according to a transmission operation of the radio signal, and outputs predetermined transmission data, the dual frequency divider frequency-divides a radio frequency oscillation signal according to the control signal from the baseband signal processor(131), and a modulator modulates the transmission data from the baseband signal processor(131) according to the frequency oscillation signal from the double frequency divider. As the result, a number of the frequency oscillators is reduced to restrict the oscillation frequency.
