PURPOSE: A multipurpose cutting device is provided to prevent a cutter from being lost and to maximize using efficiency by attaching the cutter to the body of an operator and to be generally used by selectively converting a cutting function according to the property of cut material. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose cutter includes a narrowly supporting device(2) attaching a case body(1) having a cutting blade(11) and a supporting protrusion(D); a second cutter(3) installed in the lower end of the case body; and a supporter(4) supporting outer cutting force in the rear end of the second cutter. The narrowly supporting device has many elastic pieces(21), in a ring shape. The second cutter has a cutting blade(31) and plural guide rails(32). The cutting blade and the rails are vertically opposite to each other and gradually narrow to a cutting guide hole(33). Further, the second cutter is a rotational saw blade in a disc shape.
