Frame adjust linkers FAL-1 and FAL-2 which are single-stranded DNAs respectively comprising the palindrome sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS:1 and 2. These linkers enable the coincidence of the translation frames on both sides of any restriction site, thereby making it possible to construct DNA variants. Thus, time and cost for constructing variant proteins, etc. can be largely saved. |
