<p>The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-clathrin 12, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. The present invention further discloses a method using the polypeptide to treat various disorders, e.g. malignant neoplasm, hematopathy, HIV infection and immunological disease and various inflammation etc..
