PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a large amount of cartilage cells to be used for patients whose cartilage is damaged and transferred to other patients without any side effects even when specific agents are treated. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing cartilage cells in a short time is comprised of the next steps of: i) collecting cartilage tissues from a patient and separating cartilage cells in HBSS (Hank's Balanced Salt Solution) containing collagenase, hyaluronidase, trypsin, and EDTA; ii) cultivating separated cartilage cells in a culture tube and changing the broth of the culture tube on a regular basis; iii) proliferating the cartilage cells by adding cell broth to the culture tube where cells grow; and iv) obtaining multiplied cartilage cells from the tube and differentiating the cartilage cells on the tube. |
