Stone oven has an oil-or gas-fired baking chamber (4) containing a steam generator and a trolley (3) which can be moved into it. The chamber has channels over the complete height of three sides. The outer channel is a waste gas channel in three sections (9, 13, 15). The inner channel (8) is an inlet channel.
