A control device for a final controlling device (FCE), the latter comprising an actuator drive (11) and a gas-exchange valve (12) of a vehicle combustion engine. The control device includes an engine immobiliser unit (311) which enables operation of the gas-exchange valves (12), independently of proof of access authorisation to the vehicle. The actuator drive (11) has at least one electromagnet, comprising a coil (113,115) and an armature which can be coupled to the gas-exchange valve (12). |
