SLUDGE TREATMENT METHOD OF WATER PURIFYING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A sludge treatment method of a water purifying plant is provided, which can be applied for small and medium scale water purifying plants that suffer from the need of plant construction site, prevent any waste of working power and maximize dewatering efficiency of sludge by using vibration and heating. CONSTITUTION: The method is as follows: (i) stabilize by primarily storing washing water influent from a settling pond, by equalizing density of sludge through a first storing tank and by controlling flow through a second storing tank; (ii) filter for separating water and sludge; (iii) concentrate sludge by solid-liquid separation and for transferring the sludge of high concentration to an anoxic pyrolysis tank(6); and (iv) anoxic-pyrolyze for dewatering and heating and recirculating the evaporated vapor to the storing tank and heated sludge to a cake container(7).
