The invention concerns an apparatus comprising a vessel (4) rotating about an inclined axis (3) supported by a frame (1). The vessel is a removable bucket (4) capable of being used directly for subsequently transporting the resulting mixture to the work site. The vessel is closed with a lid (36) provided with an orifice (46) for checking and modifying the mixture (48). The apparatus can be tilted over a support zone (7) of its frame (1) into a horizontal position for handling the bucket (4) and filling it with ingredients. The invention enables to reduce cost, space requirement, transfer, weight and cleaning problems.
