PURPOSE: A structure of a planar displaying apparatus and a fabricating method thereof are to simplify a fabricating process and thus facilely increase a displaying surface area, and also reduce a driving voltage of a row driver comparing with PALC(plasma addressed liquid crystal). CONSTITUTION: A source of a pixel TFT(thin film transistor) is connected to a common power source or a drain of a previous pixel TFT. A gate is connected with a gate line. An electrode at one side of a capacitor is connected with a data line. An electrode at the other side of the capacitor is connected with the drain of the pixel TFT. One side of the capacitor is commonly connected with an LC capacitor and the data line. The other side of the capacitor is connected with the common power source. At this time, an operation of the pixel TFT is controlled by a row driver. The source of the most left side pixel TFT and the drain of the most right side pixel TFT are connected with the common power source.
