摘要 The invention relates to an electronically commutated motor with a stator that carries at least two winding phases that can be subsequently exposed to a current, and a permanent-magnet rotor. The magnetic poles of the stator are subdivided in the circumferential direction into zones of different, magnetic properties. Different working characteristics of the motor can be selected by choosing the intervals and/or periods for which the winding phases are exposed to a current. The aim of the invention is to provide an improved stator with which the working characteristics of a motor can be adapted by varying the interval and the period of exposure to current. To this end, the zones differ in size and/or shape of the pole surfaces facing the permanent-magnet rotor while the height of the air gap remains constant.
