PURPOSE: An engine torque is reduced by delaying ignition time while transmission, thereby reducing an impact applied to the transmission device. CONSTITUTION: A throttle position sensing portion(11) senses opening degree of a variable throttle valve and outputs corresponding signal. A turbine rpm sensing portion(12) senses a turbine shaft rpm of a torque converter, and outputs corresponding signal. An output shaft rpm sensing portion(13) senses revolution speed of the output shaft of a transmission, and outputs corresponding signal. A transmission controlling portion(2) decides transmission state of an object transmission end and starting/ending point of the transmission by using the signals of the throttle position sensing portion(11), the turbine rpm sensing portion(12), and the output shaft rpm sensing portion(13). Then the transmission controlling portion(2) outputs corresponding signal. An engine cooling water sensing portion(14) senses the temperature of the cooling water, and outputs corresponding signal. A crank position sensing portion(15) senses the rotation state of the crank shaft, and outputs corresponding signal. An engine controlling portion(3) outputs engine ignition time delay by using the signal from the transmission controlling portion(2), the engine cooling water sensing portion(14), and the crank position sensing portion(15). Then the engine controlling portion(3) compensates the ignition time and outputs ignition control signal.
