PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for storing/decoding data of a digital broadcasting are provided to accurately process data by fixedly maintaining an interval of a PCR value using a time stamp in case that a TS is stored or selectively retransmitted. CONSTITUTION: A tuner(10) tunes a broadcasting signal transmitted from the outside. A demodulator(20) demodulates a TS(Transport Stream) signal tuned from the tuner(10). A PID filter unit(31) filters the TS signal outputted from the demodulator(20), and detects a partial TS signal. A time stamp(32) combines a header having a determined clock value using a clock inside of a system with the TS signal. A storage unit(50) stores the TS signal outputted from the time stamp(32). A storage control unit(40) controls an input/output of the storage unit(50). A decoder unit(60) decodes the TS signal outputted from the demodulator(20) or the time stamp(32).
