The spring damper system has a tubular rolling bellows (40) mounted between a wheel-supporting connection and a connection on the vehicle side. The bellows chamber (5) enclosed between the outer bell (12), rolling bellows and rolling piston (50) is filled with fluid (1) and communicates with a hydro reservoir (90) on the vehicle side. The articulated shear joint mounted in the bellows chamber has a piston-free guide rod (30) and a guide bush (60) through which the fluid flows.
