APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING AND TREATING FINE ORES OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for recovering fine ores generated in the process of a blast furnace and recycling is provided, which prevents environmental pollution, improves quality of molten iron, prevents clogging of a hopper and reduces the cost of production. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus comprises a fixed hopper(10) with a built-in a screen(11A) inside the upper pipe(11), equipped with a cylinder(15) on the side and attached with a slide gate(15A) on the cylinder shaft; louver(22) fastened by a bolt(22A) to connect to the fixed hopper and a reserver tank(30); a cylinder(25) with a built-in a butterfly valve(20); the reserver tank equipped with a residual pressure drain line(31) and pressure meter(31A); and dust blowing line and valve(80A)(80B).
