An answering service center judges, when a registering request for a response message arrives from a radio communication terminal, multiplexed information usable at a radio communication terminal while the request is being connection-processed, and stores that information in a terminal information storage unit (74a) along with the response message. When a call addressed to an absent radio communication terminal arrives, on the basis of multiplexed information stored in the terminal information storage unit (74a) and multiplexed information usable at a calling radio communication terminal, multiplexed information optimal for the both terminals is selected, and message information multiplexed according to the selected multiplexed information is transmitted from the calling radio communication terminal for storing in a message storage unit (74b).
