The present invention generally relates to a honey-based composition for the relief of occasional heartburn and digestive disorders including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and stomach and intestine complaints, wherein the composition further comprises raw food fibers. The raw food fibe rs as used in the present invention are in particular wheat germ and/or wheat bran. The present invention furthermore relates to a compressed product comprising said composition.
