<p>The invention concerns a braking and acceleration mechanical device for disabled persons, comprising plate means (2), fixed to the vehicle and provided with at least two grooves (3, 4), said groove (3, 4) being curved according to curves extending along opposite directions; lever means (1), provided with at least two elements (5, 6), respectively slidable along said curved grooves (3, 4), and reciprocally movable along said grooves (3, 4), said slidable elements abutting at least in one position against the wall, or equivalent stop means, of the relevant groove (3, 4), thus realising, in positions opposite to the lever (1) motion, two different fulcrum points; said lever means (1), during their reciprocating stroke along said grooves (3, 4), acting on the vehicle brake or accelerator by motion transmission means.</p> |
