PURPOSE: A saw tooth height adjustable manual hacksaw is provided to adjust the height of a saw tooth according to working conditions by fixing a guide bar to the end of a saw tooth guide with a screw. CONSTITUTION: A manual hacksaw comprises a saw bar(10) containing a handle(11) and a fixing portion(12); a movable bar(20) lengthwise inserted into the end of the saw bar, with a fixing pin(21); a saw tooth guide(30) preventing the rotation of the fixing portion, with a butterfly nut(40) as a tension adjuster; and a saw tooth(50) connected to the movable bar and the saw tooth guide, with proper tension from the butterfly nut. A guide bar(60) is inserted into the end of the saw tooth guide with a fixing pin(61) and fixed to the saw tooth by a screw. To increase or decrease the height of the saw tooth, the guide bar is lifted or lowered and two fixing pins of the guide bar and the movable bar are inserted into the hole of the saw tooth. Then, the butterfly nut is combined with the saw tooth.
