INNER DIAMETER SHAPE EXTENSION TYPE CORRECTION GUIDE FOR WIRE ROD COIL

摘要

PURPOSE: A guide for extending and correcting an inner diameter shape of a wire rod coil is provided to make the inner diameter shape of the wire rod coil to be circular uniformly through the whole length, thereby improving the real yield of finished wire rod coil products and the workability. CONSTITUTION: A guide for extending and correcting an inner diameter shape of a wire rod coil includes a plurality of guiding elements(320) to be automatically expanded by a compacting force in case of compacting and to be contracted in the shape of taper by a repulsive force of springs(350) to face each other in the other case, wherein the guiding elements are mounted to first and second carriages(122a,122b) crossing each other for correcting the whole length part of the inner diameter of a wire rod coil(100) to prevent the generation of straightened wire rod strips.
