<p>The invention relates generally to nucleic acid primers and methods for using said primers for the amplification of DNA encoding HLA class I loci. The invention relates specifically to primer pairs which may be used to amplify HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C loci. The invention includes methods for measuring the differential expression of HLA class I loci. The invention relates to a method for cloning all HLA class I loci. The invention also relates to methods for detecting and cloning polymorphisms in HLA class I loci. The invention further includes a kit comprising the nucleic acid primers of the invention and for practicing the methods of the invention.</p> |
