PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sentence input supporting system for improving the work efficiency of a sentence entry by devising the display of a screen for keyword entry or retrieved result. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a FAQ case data base 40, a FAQ case retrieving part 60, and input/output device 70 for providing an input screen, with which a text input mode and a keyword input mode can be used while being switched, and accepting an entry to this input screen and a display contents control part 80 for controlling display onto the input screen and when the entry to the input picture is a character string, the character string is displayed on the input screen as it is by the display contents control part 80. When the entry to the input screen is a command specifying the keyword, this keyword is sent to the FAQ case retrieving part 60 and retrieved and the retrieved result is displayed as an input candidate. When any sentence is selected out of input candidates by the entry from the input/output device 70, the character string of the keyword displayed on the input screen is replaced with the selected sentence. |
