<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm type air pump capable of surely switching operation and the action at peak time when inflow water most abundantly enters a purifying tank even if there is no backup battery and capable of surely setting a clock of a clock function so as not to have influence on water quality treating performance of the purifying tank.
