A stationary housing (1) contains a turnable disc-shaped body (2), which is fastened to a shaft. The body has pairs of opposite triangular cut-outs (3), with a longer leg extending at right angles to the radius of the disc. Pairs of rollers (4) are held in the cut-outs and pressed against the inside of the housing by small springs (5) acting in direction of the tangential legs of the cut-outs. This prevents the disc from turning in this direction, but permits turning in the other direction.
