COMBINATION HETEROGENEOUS FREQUENCY AND PHASE SYNCHRONOUS LOOP MODULE

PURPOSE: A combination heterogeneous frequency and phase synchronous loop module is provided to reduce quantity of transistor, which has a lot of numbers in module basically by constructing PLL(Phase Lock Loop) module like package and making module like semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: An oscillation part create fixed frequency signal of specification frequency band. A dual voltage control oscillator create each different heterogeneous frequency being correspondence with voltage inputted by system control signal or selection of user. A PLL get changed size of voltage approving to the dual voltage control oscillator with inputting frequency signal created from the oscillation part and standard frequency created from the dual voltage control oscillator. A standard frequency oscillation part(31a) output with defeating oscillation frequency signal for the DCS(Digital Cellular System) outputted or created to create oscillation frequency signal for DCS by system control signal. An amplification part(32a) create, for doing first amplification, output of standard frequency oscillation part(31a). An amplification part(32b) for PCS(Personal Communication System) create standard frequency for PCS for re-amplifying output signal inputted from the amplification part. An amplification part(32c) for DCS create standard frequency for DCS for re-amplifying output signal inputted from the amplification part(32a). A pad part translate output signal inputted from the amplification part(32a) to PLL.
