PURPOSE: An armrest height adjusting device of an automobile of which the structure is simplified is provided, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost thereof. CONSTITUTION: An armrest height adjusting device of an automobile comprises the first lever(20), the second lever(30), an inner gear(40) and a rotation controller. The first lever(20) is supported on one side of a reinforcing frame(2) embedded in an arm rest body(1) to implement a seesaw movement and has a knob(22) exposed to the front of the arm rest body(1). The armrest height adjusting device has simple structure. Thus, productivity is improved and production cost is reduced.
