PURPOSE: A moisture removing equipment of hoffman filter media is provided, which can remove moisture contained in media easily so that can prevent any environmental pollution during transportation of media collecting box and enables the waste to be incinerated smoothly thus preventing air pollution. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) an upper belt (4) and a lower belt (5) which move for receiving media (1) to de-moisten between them (4,5); (ii) two compacting rolls (26,28) for compacting and dewatering media (1) between the upper and lower belts (4,5); (iii) a pinch roll (30) installed at the compacting roll (26) for preventing slip of belt; (iv) water receivers (120) for receiving water dewatered from the media; (v) a scrapper (60) for separating dewatered media from belt; (vi) a motor and a reducer; and (vii) two washing drums (50,51) for washing belt; two tension adjusting rollers (20,22) to which bearing block is installed for adjusting tension of belts (4,5). |
