The device has a force applying element (2) in the working train of the control stick (1) and mechanically connected to the aileron. The force applied by the element acts in the direction ( phi ) of the control stick movement and generates an additional force (FZ) as a function of the control stick movement. The force applied may also be a function of slowly-varying flight parameters, especially the aircraft speed.
