PURPOSE: A pattern processing apparatus of wood products is provided to promote the price and the quality of wood products by massively producing the products having embossed carving, intaglio and color. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a control box(10) having a micro computer, a program and a memory system; a computer system including an input system and an output system; a multi-joint robot operating toward multilateral sides according to a command of the control box; a working stand(20) for supporting a predetermined height; a fluoroscope lens to discriminate a processing area placed on the working stand; and an irradiating part to burn the area by laser beam. A method comprises the steps of: preparing a wood product on the working stand; scanning a pattern; inputting processing conditions to the control box through a keyboard; making embossed carving and intaglio on the product by operating the control box; and coloring the product.
