The invention relates to a pressing method for the production of multi-phase moulded bodies, in particular, washing or cleaning agent moulded bodies, which comprises the following steps: a) production of core moulded bodies which contain active ingredient, b) optional loading of one or more core moulded bodies from step a) into the mould of the tablet press, c) filling of at least one particulate premix into the mould of the tablet press, d) addition of at least one core moulded body from step a) into the mould of the tablet press, e) optional single or multiple repeat of step c) and/or d), f) pressing to form moulded bodies, whereby steps c) and d) can, optionally, be carried out in reverse order.
