A combination weighing and counting device wherein combination-weighed one batch of articles (M) discharged into a gathering chute (7) can be gathered at a discharge port (70) in the lump state without producing a speed difference and the articles (M) in the lump state are then discharged in a block and at a stroke from the discharge port (70) into a packaging machine (12) therebelow, thereby making it possible to speed up the packaging operation.
