PURPOSE: A weather strip fixing structure reduces producing process and producing cost needed by fixing a weather strip by forming a protrusion on door trim without using a clip. CONSTITUTION: Multiple linear protrusions(30) are formed at the upper portion of the inner side of a door trim(10). A door weather strip(15) is fixed with a hooking end(20) thereof being hooked on the protrusion(30). Thus, when the weather strip(15) is inserted in the door trim(10), the weather strip(15) is fixed by being hooked on the multiple linear protrusions(30), whose process does not need a separate element such as clip so as to reduce producing process and cost needed.
