<p>Advertisement information is distributed to users in accordance with the degree of agreement of the districts classified by access of the users to the network with the districts where the advertiser and information provider want to send advertisement information. An information transmission system comprises user address acquiring means for acquiring the IP address of a user automatically in real time, a classified-by-district address database containing IP addresses classified by district, and a file classification database for specifying a file to be transmitted selected from among files in accordance with the classification by district, wherein the category of the district is found referring to the classified-by-district address database from the IP address of the user acquired by the user address acquiring means, and a file corresponding to the category is specified by using the file classification database and transmitted to the user's computer.</p> |
