METHOD OF CONTROLLING HEAT TEMPERATURE OF COKE OVEN BY DUAL COMBUSTION OF MIXED GAS BURNER AND COG BURNER

PURPOSE: A control method of a heat temperature in a coke oven is provided to reduce a load of workers by applying a COG(Coke Oven Gas) feed line and a COG burner for the maintenance of a heat temperature. CONSTITUTION: Mixed gas is fed without any processing as a nozzle plate in a combustion chamber has the same size or non-changed size. A COG line unused ordinarily is connected to a mixed gas feed line to burn the mixed gas at the same time in a mixed gas burner and a COG burner. Herein, the mixed gas burner burns the gas with a conventional method to keep a temperature regularly while the COG burner maintains the distribution of heat temperature. The COG burner has valves to adjust the amount of fuel gas easily. Thereby, the temperature rises or falls to a desired temperature simply by the valves of the COG burner if a bad flue is detected after the combustion of mixed gas. A worker adjusts the temperature of flue easily in a manual method or by an electric signal for the valves. Therefore, a load of workers is reduced as a heat temperature is kept regularly by the COG feed line and the COG burner.
