HEAT BREAKER IN ROTARY KILN

PURPOSE: Provided is a heat breaker in a rotary kiln, which breaks high temperature radiation heat transmitted toward a cooler so that it improves efficiency in cooling limestone fired from the small volume of cool air. CONSTITUTION: In the rotary kiln(5) which burns limestone as heat source in a burner(9), the heat breaker comprises the parts of: a fireproof part wherein a fixed cylinder(11) is placed with multiple air lines extended outwardly and an internal/intermediate/external fireproof plate(12,13,14) which are formed multiple injection holes to break radiation heat transferred to the cooler side; and a supply part for compressed air which supplies compressed air and includes compressed air line(31) to inject compressed air into the rotary kiln.
