The drive motor has a flywheel (15) functionally connected to its output shaft (4) and a starter (2) that can also act as a motor, a magnetic stator (3) that can be set into pendulum motion by the starter and a magnetic rotor (5) functionally connected to the stator and mounted on the motor's output shaft. The functional connection between the starter and rotor is formed by an eccentric wheel (20) and a lever (19) linked to it.
