One sector (16) of the holding strap is led throught an eyelet (2) to a distance limited by a limiting band (4) which in turn is coupled to the eyelet (5) and the returned strap sector to limit the pull through the eyelet (2). The limiting band (4) and strap sector pulled through the eyelet (2) should be adjustably coupled to one another, the eyelet being integrated into the coupling element (7). The band (4) has preferred length 50-80 mm and the strap eyelet part (5) is adjustably coupled to the pulled-back strap sector. The eyelet (5) has two openings through which the strap sector is pulled and is fixed (4) to the eyelet (6) crosspiece.
