PURPOSE: A tire pressure control system improves stability and riding comfort. CONSTITUTION: A tire pressure control system comprises a cylinder(8), a piston(12) and a shock absorber(14, 16). The cylinder(8) fixed to a part of the outer periphery of a rim is communicated with the outside through a tube(10) and with the inside of a tire. The piston(12) is horizontally movably disposed in the cylinder(8). The shock absorbers(14, 16) are disposed on both sides of the piston(12) so as to apply constant elastic force thereto. The device expands or contracts the inner space of a tire with the piston(12) and the shock absorber(14, 16) according to change in pneumaticity due to road condition and the temperature therein so as to maintain optimal state of pneumaticity in a tire to improve stability.
