RAPPING METHOD USING SONIC RAPPING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A rapping method calculates optimum frequency in advance to select the suitable sonic remover to improve rapping efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A rapping method comprises nine steps. The first step is to provide a frequency oscillator(1) generating arbitrary frequencies, a loud speaker(2) converting electric signal of arbitrary frequency to a sound wave, a microphone(3) converting the sound wave into electric signal about the frequency and a frequency analyzer(4) receiving the signal about the frequency and analyzing the frequency. The second step is to place the loud speaker(2) on a place where a sonic rapping system is installed to receive electric signal of the frequency from the frequency oscillator(1) to generate the sound wave in a structure(20) and the microphone(3) to the place on the structure(20) where dust is discharged to accept the sound wave in the structure(20) generated by the loud speaker(2) and convert the sound wave into the electric signal about the frequency to output to the frequency analyzer(4). The sixth step is for the frequency analyzer(4) to analyze the frequency using the electric signal of the frequency. The eighth step is to get the frequency nearest to the frequency generated by the frequency oscillator(1) and determine the frequency generated in the frequency oscillator(1) corresponding to the frequency as the optimum frequency. The ninth step is to select a sonic rapping system having the frequency corresponding with the optimum frequency and install to remove dust.
