PURPOSE: A Door for absorbing a shock of vehicle absorbs an impact energy effectively by protecting the stress of an arm rest to enhance the safety of a passenger and a driver. CONSTITUTION: A Door for absorbing a shock of vehicle on impact allows an inner panel(2) to connect with a seam member(8), which is between an outer panel(1) and an arm rest(7) of the inner panel(2), and has a turned "U" type cross section in the rotary direction of a door, the arm rest(7) incorporates a foam material(10) for absorbing a shock between a door trim(6) and the inner panel(2) downstream. Thus, the seam member(8) bears against the lower part of the arm rest(7) to protect it from going down due to stress, and absorbs a shock which bears against a passenger on side impact, by disconnecting a fastener(9) from the inner panel(2) to move it back, thereby absorbing an impact energy effectively.
