PURPOSE: A packing is provided to prevent reduction of air-conditioning efficiency in a vehicle, caused by a clearance between a bent grille and an air duct by inhibiting generation of the clearance between the two members. CONSTITUTION: An air duct(1) has a hole(3) on the upper portion. The air duct guides heat-exchanged air in an air conditioner into a vehicle. A bent grille(7) of a meter hood(2) is mounted in the air duct to contact the inside with the outside of the air duct. The bent grille has a hole(4) corresponding to the hole of the air duct when the bent grille is mounted in the air duct. A connector ring(5) is mounted in the air duct to be in contact with the inside of the air duct. The connector ring has a protrusion protruded to outside through the holes of the air duct and the bent grille. The connector ring is made by elastic material having specific elasticity. When the two holes are met, the protrusion of the connector ring is protruded to outside through the holes. The protrusion is pushed down through the holes, and the air duct is pressurized toward the inside of the bent grille by elasticity of the connector ring. Therefore, the air duct is closely adhered to the inside of the bent grille, and a clearance between the air duct and the bent grill is eliminated.
