PURPOSE: A cyber health management system and an operating method thereof are provided to process information of health and food intake of a member on an operator server and output the result in a character shape change. CONSTITUTION: A user computer is connected to an operator server through a communication unit, and thus provides a personal information and activity amount so as to be registered as a member. A processor unit of the operator server calculates a recommended calory(Cr) according to the activity degree of the member. The personal information of the member and the recommended calory are stored in a database unit. If the member provides kinds of food which he/she takes each day to the operator server, the process unit calculates a total calory of the food taken each day by the member. The process unit calculates a difference between the calory which the member takes and the recommended calory. The process unit judges the difference. If the difference is larger than an allowable value, a display unit displays that the intake calory exceeds the recommended calory. If the difference is smaller than the allowable value, the display unit displays that the intake calory is less than the recommended calory. The difference is within an allowable range, the display unit displays that the intake calory is within the allowable range of the recommended calory.
