PURPOSE: A titled writing tool capable of automatically concealing a tip part into the interior of an external barrel when a clip is raised to put into a lapel or a pocket in a state where the tip part is exposed to the outside of the external barrel is provided, which prevents clothes from being contaminated or becoming stained. CONSTITUTION: This writing tool comprises an external barrel(2); a writing core(10) stored at the inside of the external barrel, containing ink at its inside and attached with a tip at its one end part; a cap(20) fabricated at one end part of the external barrel and containing the tip of the writing core inserted into the external barrel in its inside; an elastic member(26) installed between the cap and writing core and giving force to the writing core to the opposite direction of the cap; a clip(30) formed by a long ring(34) to put into clothes; a pressing member(40); and a knock device installed between the writing core and pressing member and capable of concealing the tip.
