PURPOSE: A service data transmission apparatus between intelligent networks of a mobile communication system is provided to transmit service data of each network element based on a service management system of an intelligent network without one-to-one data transmission method. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission unit(10) transmits an information using a TCP/IP socket after moving transmitted data to an FTP directory(4) when a data transmission is requested by an operator. A destination network construction unit(20) includes a TCP/IP socket(21), an FTP directory(22) connected with the FTP directory(4) of the service management system(10), and a data management processor(23) which performs a control of data of the FTP directory(22). A start network construction unit(30) includes a TCP/IP socket(31), an FTP directory(32), a TCP/IP socket(31) which receives a data transmission request and a data management processor(33) which controls the TCP/IP socket(31) and the FTP directory(32) based on a data transmission request.
