NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE FOR BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a non-aqueous electrolyte for battery to form stable film(SEI: Solid Electrolyte Interface) on the anode surface in initial charge/discharge of battery, to improve high temperature stability of battery without decrease of charge/discharge efficiency of electricity and life by adding compound to prevent gas generation in battery inside at initial charge/discharge and the high temperature. CONSTITUTION: This non-aqueous electrolyte for battery is prepared by adding butane sulfone of chemical formula(1) in non-aqueous electrolyte composed of organic solvent or lithium salt. The content of butane sulfone is 0.1-5wt.% to whole non-aqueous electrolyte. The organic solvent is selected from the group composing of ethylene carbonate(EC), propylene carbonate(PC), dimethyl carbonate(DMC), diethyl carbonate(DEC), dipropyl carbonate(DPC), ethylmethyl carbonate(EMC), methyl propyl carbonate(MPC), methyl carbonate(EPC) etc. The lithium salt is selected from the group composing of LiPF6, LiClO4, LiAsF5, LiBF4, LiCF3SO3 and the addition quantity of lithium salt is 0.7 to 2.0 mole.
