PURPOSE: A connection tightening device prevents leakage on a connected part of a drainage pipeline. CONSTITUTION: The device has an inner surface composed of a waterproof sheet(3) and an outer surface which is a spiral connecting pipe(4). The spiral connecting pipe(4) is formed by reinforcing hollows(15, 15') spirally winding around and has an inserting hole(9) and an intrusive groove formed thereon. A tightening band comprising a tube(2) hardened after contraction by contacting with air and an iron core is inserted into a hollow to tighten each other. The tube(2) contracts to be hardened to prevent leakage on the connected part.
