<p>A customer support system uses information concerning device (1) located at customer and supports the customer. A customer support center (11) collects customer information using a communication line (10/13), and stores or transferring the information. Customer-information systems (12) connected with the customer support center via a communication line 10/13, use the information of the customer support center, and support the customer. The customer support center comprises a collector (21) for collecting and distributing usage information and quality information of the device, and a memory (24) storing the usage information and quality information of the device as it is or after modifying it.
