发明名称 FIN TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER FOR REFRIGERATING CYCLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A fin type heat exchanger for a refrigerating cycle is provided to enhance heat exchanging efficiency by improving the arrangement structure of refrigerant tubes penetrating plural heat exchanging fins several times and to eliminate a condensate easily without suction resistance of air. CONSTITUTION: A fin type heat exchanger consists of plural heat exchanging fins(31) arranged parallel and penetrated by plural couples of connecting holes(31a), refrigerant tubes(32) bent in two steps and eight rows to be connected with the heat exchanging fins through the connecting holes, and defrost heaters(33) installed at the edge of the heat exchanging fins. The plural heat exchanging fins are made to thin films having each integral row. Each connecting hole has vertically long hole shape with a line(A) having an angle(theta) in an arrow F direction. Burrs(31d) are formed around an upper and a lower part(31b,31c) of each connecting hole. The burrs are in contact with outside of the refrigerant tubes to improve heat exchanging efficiency. The refrigerant tubes are bent several times with plural rows. A couple of rows have a regular distance from neighboring rows to be connected to the connecting holes at the same time. Each row of the refrigerant tubes is arranged at the upper and the lower part of the connecting holes with a slope in the F direction. Therefore, initial suction air is not bypassed by a collision with the lowest refrigerant tubes.
