摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically controlling the eccentricity of a roll in a hot rolling facility is provided to minimize a deviation at the outlet side of a material by measuring eccentricities of rolls of a plurality of rolling mills in a rolling facility, thereby compensating the position of a rolling mill of which roll eccentricity is most severe. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a control value calculation part (31) applying the calculated control value to a hydraulic control part (33) of the corresponding rolling mill by calculating a control value reaching to the target rolling load after receiving feedback of rolling loads and rolling speeds per each rolling mills, and selecting two rolling mills having the most frequent number of times in which the variations exceed the set range after checking variations of some rolling mills among the plurality of rolling mills; a first selection part (36) inputting upper and lower rotation numbers and rolling loads detected from the two rolling mills that are selected from the plurality of rolling mills in the control value calculation part (31) to a roll eccentricity control part (32); a roll eccentricity control part (32) calculating each of roll eccentricity correction values by comparably analyzing each of detected values of the two rolling mills inputted from the first selection part (36); and a second selection part (37) applying roll eccentricity correction values outputted from the roll eccentricity control part to corresponding hydraulic control parts (33) of the two rolling mills selected from the control value calculation part (31).
